The RWV corporate restructuring and insolvency team advises on all aspects of corporate rescue and insolvencies in the Netherlands.
Should other legal services be required – for example employment law issues in case of collective lay off’s – we are supported by our firm’s other lawyers, with whom we can offer full-service legal assistance on all major areas.

The RWV Insolvency team offers creative solutions through combining bankruptcy expertise with additional expertise and experience such as corporate law, financial law, employment law, real estate law and intellectual property law.
