Dave Beck LL.M studied Business Management at the Haarlem Business School (graduated in 2001) and then Civil Law at the Radboud University in Nijmegen (graduated in 2004). In 2007, he completed a course in Insolvency Law for Official Receivers, and graduated cum laude. He has been working as a lawyer since January 2005 and joined with RWV Advocaten on 1 November 2007. Dave is part of the Insolvency and Corporate Law section and is regularly appointed as an official receiver for medium-sized companies. Within the Corporate Law section, Dave primarily focuses on general property law and legal proceedings in this area. He also has experience in the area of take-overs, securities and directors' liability.
